Free standing Flagpole (25′ max. height) Wall mounted DOES NOT require approval.

Air Conditioning Units (replacements only)

Exterior Lights (no additional or different from existing are allowed, replacements only)

Whole House Generators

- Rooftop antennas (not satellite dishes)
- Swing sets, slides or other children’s play equipment
- Swimming Pools or Hot Tubs
- Dog Houses, Runs or Animal Cages
- Greenhouses
