VIOLATION OR COMPLAINT FORM

One of the tasks of the Homeowners Association is to respond to resident concerns. For the Board to respond appropriately, all complaints or reports of alleged violations need to be in writing and submitted to the Board of Directors. A complaint or alleged violation must fall under a section of the Homeowners Association “DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS & EASEMENTS FOR BEACON POINTE OF CEDAR LAKE”
